Responsibilities Actively lead with a positive attitude Communicate policy changes, start times, and job objectives to the team Maintain a culture of safety Supervise all maintenance care service activities of the crew Ensure customer satisfaction Install, maintain and fertilize trees, shrubs, flowers and lawns Mulch beds and with shredded bark mulch and pine straw Track project hours, and/or job receipts Operate landscaping equipment Minimum Requirements Ability to lift 40 lbs continuously Landscaping Experience Valid driver's license required Excellent organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills Environmental Requirements Must be able to work in many weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, snow, etc As part of our hiring process, candidates will be asked to complete a Culture Index assessment.
