) As the season wraps up, Blackwood Landscape is expanding and looking for hard-working team members to help us complete our upcoming projects across Utah! These are temporary, full-time positions running through mid-to-late November (weather and job completion permitting), with strong potential to return next season. We are hiring for the following roles: Northern Division (cache county)

Crew Foreman Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

Leadership:

Proven experience managing a crew, staying on schedule, and maintaining quality standards.

Technical Skills:

Hands-on expertise building retaining walls, installing pavers, and assembling complete sprinkler systems from start to finish.

Client Relations:

Excellent communication skills to interface professionally with property owners and clients on-site.

Physical Requirements:

Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of lifting 50+ lbs consistently throughout the day Northern Division (cache county

Experienced Laborer Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

Equipment Knowledge:

Skilled in running and towing landscaping/construction machinery safely.

Teamwork:

Strong ability to follow multi-step instructions, communicate clearly, and ask questions when needed.

Reliable, punctual, and driven to maintain safety and efficiency on job sites. Utah County Division

Experience:

Background in hardscaping, landscaping, or site preparation.

Communication:

Ability to execute direct supervisor instructions and work seamlessly within a fast-paced team environment.
