Landscaping / Grounds Maintenance Lingo Staffing is hiring Landscape Foremen for a growing landscaping partner in the Roanoke area! This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a hands-on team maintaining and improving outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Landscape Foreman is responsible for the installation and management of the landscape and hardscape projects as well as the crew assigned to those jobs. Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and other materials to maintain clean and well-kept outdoor areas Operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other hand and power tools Assist with landscape installation tasks including laying mulch, planting greenery, and installing sod Follow all safety procedures while working with equipment, tools, and landscaping materials Support team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Requirements:

2 years experience in a Landscape Foreman role required. Driver's license required with clean MVR. Will be driving company vehicle. Heavy lifting required - 50+ pounds. Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions. Proficient heavy equipment operating skills including front end loaders, mini-excavators, and skid steer machinery with various attachments. Knowledge and experience in installing a variety of hardscape applications. Knowledge of trees and shrubs and processes for planting each.
