Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape maintenance, including garden care, tree care, and groundskeeping. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping projects while supervising team members to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Oversee landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, irrigation systems, and tree care. Plan and execute landscape projects, including the installation of gardens and other outdoor features. Train team members on best practices for landscape maintenance and safety protocols. Monitor the quality of work performed by the team to ensure it meets company standards. Maintain equipment and tools used in landscaping operations to ensure they are in good working condition. Communicate with clients regarding project updates and any necessary adjustments to plans. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively. Knowledge of gardening techniques, groundskeeping practices, and irrigation systems. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with landscaping work, including lifting heavy materials. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. A valid driver's license is preferred for transportation to job sites.
