Job Description:

We are seeking motivated gardeners to join our garden maintenance team in Marin County. This position is ideal for a landscape professional with strong horticultural expertise and an interest in working collaboratively and cooperatively.

Key Responsibilities:

Garden Maintenance:

horticultural care; pruning; fertilizing; turf care; weeding; pest control; plant identification.

Safety and Compliance:

Implement safety protocols, and maintain a safe work environment.

Problem Solving and Communication:

Troubleshoot and communicate any issues that arise, from irrigation to planting concerns, to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Experience in landscape maintenance and/or garden installation. Knowledge of horticulture, landscape maintenance techniques, irrigation systems, turf care. Possess and utilize good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees and management. Bi-lingual in Spanish-English a plus.

Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in various outdoor environments and weather. Exposure to dust, pollen, noise and pollutants related to the landscape industry. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
