Previous landscape experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. This is a full-time, hands-on outdoor position maintaining commercial properties, HOAs, and high-end residential landscapes throughout San Diego County. If you already have landscape experience and are looking for a new opportunity, we want to hear from you. If you're new to the industry but show up on time, work hard, take direction, and want to learn, we're willing to teach you. Duties Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, and cleanup Prune shrubs and other plant material using proper techniques Operate mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment Assist with planting, mulch, soil, sod, and landscape improvement projects Inspect landscape areas and report irrigation leaks, broken sprinklers, damaged plants, or other property concerns Assist with basic irrigation repairs and adjustments as experience allows Load and unload landscape materials, tools, and equipment Maintain clean and organized work areas, vehicles, and equipment Follow company safety procedures and use required PPE Work efficiently as part of a landscape maintenance crew Assist with additional landscape projects and property improvements as needed Qualifications Previous landscape maintenance experience is preferred but not required Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Valid driver's license is a plus Ability to perform physical outdoor work throughout the workday Comfortable working outdoors in Southern California weather Ability to safely use hand tools and landscape equipment Able to follow instructions and work well with a crew Positive attitude and willingness to learn Attention to detail and pride in quality work Experience with commercial landscape maintenance, HOAs, mowing, pruning, irrigation, planting, or landscape equipment is a plus and may qualify candidates for additional responsibilities. Willing to Train You don't need to know everything on your first day. We're looking for people who are dependable, willing to learn, and take pride in their work.
