Job Overview Join our dynamic team at The Club at Cordillera as a Golf Course Maintenance Crew member and be a vital part of maintaining pristine, playable, and visually stunning golf course grounds. Start time is 630am and moves to 7am in a few weeks. Duties Assist with turf maintenance including mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure healthy and attractive playing surfaces Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Support landscape maintenance tasks including planting, fertilizing, aerating, and pest management to promote lush greenery Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and performing routine adjustments or repairs Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of materials, debris removal, and setting up course features Conduct routine inspections of the course grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair Support seasonal tasks like aeration, topdressing, and preparing the course for tournaments or special events Requirements Prior experience or familiarity with golf course groundskeeping or athletic field maintenance is preferred but not required Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance techniques is advantageous Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and groundskeeping equipment safely following safety protocols Physical stamina for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor activity in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles or similar equipment preferred Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of course quality This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in landscaping, gardening, and grounds maintenance while working in a lively outdoor environment.
