You will lead our mowing crew and maintain high-quality properties. This is a hands-on position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a landscape maintenance crew Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general property maintenance Operate truck, trailer, and landscape equipment safely Ensure all tools and equipment are properly secured before leaving each job site Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment Maintain quality standards and complete jobs efficiently Report any equipment damage, property damage, and/or employee injuries immediately
Requirements :
Experience leading a mowing/landscape maintenance crew Experience operating truck and trailer Ability to safely operate zero-turn mower Strong work ethic and leadership skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
