Reality:

This is weekend-only work - every Saturday plus optional Sundays based on your availability. If you've got weekday commitments, want a solid second income, or prefer weekend-only hours, this is the opportunity for you.

What We're Looking For:

We help maintain vacation rental properties on Anna Maria Island, and we need people who can make the outside of these homes look as good as the inside. You don't need to be a landscaping or maintenance expert. You do need to show up every Saturday ready to work, have experience running a pressure washer and gas blower, and understand that vacation rental guests notice everything. We'll train you on our standards. You'll travel between vacation rental properties on Anna Maria Island handling exterior turnover work between guest stays. Most shifts run 9:45am-4pm, though times can vary based on property schedules.

What You'll Be Doing:

pressure washing decks and driveways, blowing out garages and walkways, cleaning exterior windows, making sure outdoor spaces look magazine-ready for the next guest arrival. It's physical work. It's outdoors year-round in Florida. And it needs to be done right because these properties are guest-facing, and they expect the product they are paying a premium for.

The Must-Haves:

Saturday availability is non-negotiable: you'll be scheduled every Saturday (Sunday availability is a bonus). Experience with pressure washers and gas blowers. Valid driver's license and you own reliable vehicle. Can work independently once trained. Afterward, you'll manage your own route.

Detail-oriented:

you notice the cobwebs, the streaks, the spots that need another pass. Physically able to handle outdoor work and lift 50 lbs.

Dependable:

properties turn over on a schedule, and there's no room for "I can call off today, and the work can wait til tomorrow."

What You Get:

$25/hour as a 1099 contractor. Consistent weekend work on a beautiful Anna Maria Island.

Independence :

manage your own route after training on standards. Tools and supplies provided due to client preferences.
