Wildflower Communities is seeking a dependable, experienced, and pride-driven Groundskeeper with lawn care experience to maintain two professionally managed manufactured home communities in Fort Meade and Sebring, Florida. This is a full-time, year-round position responsible for the appearance, cleanliness, and upkeep of approximately 30 total acres of residential property. The right candidate is not just someone who mows, they are someone who takes ownership of the entire property, notices what needs attention before being told, and brings a consistent standard of care to every corner of the community. This role reports to the Community Manager and requires a collaborative, team-player mindset. Lawn Care & Grounds Maintenance Mow approximately 30 acres across two communities on a consistent weekly schedule Edge sidewalks, driveways, curbing, and property borders Weed-eat around homes, fences, signage, utility areas, and common spaces Blow off sidewalks, roads, and common areas after mowing Maintain and care for plants, shrubs, and landscaping in common areas Monitor grounds for irrigation leaks, drainage issues, and overgrowth Adjust lawn care approach seasonally

• frequency, height, and irrigation management across growing and slower seasons Amenity & Common Area Upkeep Maintain clean, well-presented entrances, clubhouse surrounds, and common areas Keep amenity areas including shuffleboard courts, pickleball courts, and surrounding fencing free of weeds, overgrowth, and debris Remove moss and algae buildup from fencing, hard surfaces, and amenity structures Power wash clubhouse exterior, walkways, and common hard surfaces on a periodic schedule Perform light tidying of the clubhouse interior as needed after outdoor work•sweeping tracked debris, keeping the entry area clean Equipment & Property Operations Perform routine equipment maintenance including fueling, oil checks, blade sharpening, air filter changes, belt inspections, and post-use cleaning Safely transport equipment between Fort Meade and Sebring properties as needed Monitor grounds for safety hazards, property damage, or maintenance issues and report promptly to the Community Manager Support the Community Manager with additional property tasks as directed•this role requires flexibility and a team-first attitude Required Minimum 2 years of professional lawn care or landscaping experience Proficient operating commercial zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers Experience maintaining large properties or multi-site acreage Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance independently Experience with power washing and moss or algae removal Valid Florida driver's license and reliable personal transportation Ability to safely operate and haul a trailer between job sites Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule Professional demeanor•comfortable working around residents daily Team-player mindset•willing to support the Community Manager with tasks beyond core lawn duties Preferred Familiarity with Central Florida grass varieties including St.

Augustine and Bahia, including appropriate cutting heights and seasonal care Experience maintaining amenity areas in residential or hospitality settings Prior experience working in a manufactured home community, HOA, or similar residential environment
