Competitive pay based on experience We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dependable, and enjoys working outdoors. Responsibilities Safely operate lawn-care and maintenance equipment Maintain and properly care for equipment Perform routine lawn and vegetation maintenance, including: Mowing Spraying Weed eating/trimming Blowing Maintain and clean solar fields Keep vegetation and areas around solar equipment properly maintained Maintain a clean and professional appearance of work areas Follow company safety procedures and proper equipment-handling practices Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Reliable and punctual Able to work outdoors in hot weather Able to safely operate lawn-care and maintenance equipment Valid driver's license preferred Previous lawn-care, landscaping, or solar-field maintenance experience is a plus Must be able to perform the physical duties required for the position Must be 18 years old Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Medical insurance Life insurance Competitive pay Opportunities for steady, year-round work How to
