Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and fertilizing to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape machinery safely and efficiently Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering schedules Identify plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to support healthy growth and effective pest management strategies Execute tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and removal while adhering to safety protocols Manage snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure clear pathways and safe access Apply pesticides responsibly following safety guidelines to protect plants and surrounding environments Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools, power equipment, and irrigation systems Proven experience in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and gardening practices Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, and blowers with precision Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and pesticide management techniques Skilled in lawn care tasks including mowing, aeration, seeding, and fertilization Experience with tree care activities like trimming and hardscape installation or maintenance Adherence to safety protocols when handling equipment or chemicals in outdoor settings Join our team if you're passionate about outdoor work and eager to contribute to beautiful landscapes!
