Job description: Altera Landscaping is hiring TWO experienced Landscape Technician in Coral Springs. You will work side by side with our lead operator on a small, professional crew. You will not be a number here. If you are good, you move up fast. The details $22 to $25 per hour, based on experience +$2/hour immediately if you already hold a valid FDACS Limited Commercial Landscape Maintenance (LCLM) license. Paid every week Minimum 30 hours guaranteed every week, up to 40 when the work is there We meet at our Coral Springs shop each morning and ride together from there Service area: Coral Springs, Boca Raton, Parkland and nearby Monday to Friday. Occasional Saturday only when rain costs us a weekday All tools, equipment and uniforms provided The work This is not just mowing.

Every week looks different:

Lawn maintenance: mowing, edging, trimming, blowing Hedge and shrub trimming Mulch and plant installation Sod installation Property cleanups Pressure washing Landscape enhancement projects Spray and fertilization applications (for LCLM-licensed techs) What we need from you Real landscaping experience, and comfort running commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers and blowers Valid driver's license and clean driving record Enough English to communicate with our team and our customers. Spanish is a plus Reliable transportation to the Coral Springs shop each morning Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in Florida heat You show up. On time. Every day. Legally authorized to work in the United States Nice to have, not required FDACS Limited Commercial Landscape Maintenance (LCLM) license, active and in hand.
