In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing various landscapes through hands-on work, operating grounds maintenance equipment, and applying your horticultural expertise. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and edging to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor areas Operate a variety of groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, and hardscape tools safely and efficiently Identify plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and pest management practices are followed Conduct seasonal tasks like leaf removal to keep outdoor spaces safe and accessible year-round Follow all safety protocols during outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment. Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of grounds maintenance and landscaping techniques Ability to identify various plants, trees, and pests; familiarity with pesticide management is a plus Excellent adherence to safety protocols during all work activities Physical stamina for manual labor including lifting, bending, digging, and operating equipment for extended periods Ability to drive a stick-shift truck with trailer attactment.
