Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the golf course and ensuring the grounds are well-kept and aesthetically pleasing. This role requires a hands-on approach to various maintenance tasks, including landscape care, course preparation and the use of both hand and power tools. If you have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, we want to hear from you! You play free golf any day of the week and are allowed to bring up to 4 guests / month and they only pay a cart fee. Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance of golf course and landscaped areas, ensuring they are healthy and visually appealing. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Conduct course care activities, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing. Irrigate plants and turf as needed to maintain optimal growth conditions. Assist in course maintenance projects, including trimming and grooming turf, shrubs, and trees. Monitor the condition of grounds and report any issues that require attention or repair. Ensure all maintenance equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Skills Proficient in landscape maintenance practices. Experience with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and shears. Familiarity with power tools used in landscaping tasks. Abililty and willingness to learn and consistently perform golf course - specific tasks for conditioning and preparation Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
