Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements :

Ability to regularly walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
