Experienced Tree Worker / Driver Palm Beach Tree & Landscape is currently hiring an experienced Tree Worker / Driver to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, safety-conscious professional with hands-on tree care experience who is comfortable operating trucks, trailers, and professional tree equipment. Requirements Must have a clean and valid driver's license . Must have experience driving work trucks and pulling trailers . Must have professional experience with tree trimming and tree care . Must understand and follow proper pruning techniques for both palm trees and hardwood trees . Must have experience safely operating tree equipment, including: Bucket trucks Aerial lifts Wood chippers Chainsaws Pole saws and other tree-trimming equipment Ropes and rigging equipment Must understand proper rope techniques and tree-work safety procedures . Must be comfortable working at heights and around heavy equipment. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a crew. Must maintain a professional attitude while working on residential, commercial, and HOA properties. Responsibilities The position will include driving company trucks and trailers, performing palm and hardwood tree trimming, operating tree equipment, assisting with removals and rigging, chipping and debris cleanup, and maintaining a safe and organized jobsite . This is an experienced position. Prior professional tree-work experience is required. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands proper pruning practices, works safely, and wants to become a long-term member of the Palm Beach Tree & Landscape team.
