What You'll Do Your practice will focus primarily on family law, with opportunities to gain experience in civil litigation and other areas.

You will:

Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and correspondence Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials Participate in case strategy Analyze and develop cases rather than simply complete assignments Take increasing ownership of cases based on your experience and abilities Work directly with the firm's founder in a collaborative environment Who We're Looking For Experience is helpful.
