Job Description Henderson's Lawn & Landscaping is seeking a dependable, experienced full-time Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. We take pride in providing quality lawn care and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to reliable, professional service.

Responsibilities include:

Mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general lawn maintenance Operating commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently Maintaining a clean, professional appearance at each job site Working as part of a team to complete scheduled routes

Qualifications:

Previous lawn maintenance/landscaping experience is required Professional references must be available Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Able to perform the physical demands of the job, including working outdoors in the Florida heat Valid driver's license is preferred Willing to learn and grow within the company. Opportunities for increased responsibility, including driving a truck and trailer, may be available for the right candidate.

Pay:

$18-$21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance and demonstrated ability.
