Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping, gardening, and hardscape tasks. Your expertise will help create beautiful, functional environments that meet client expectations and uphold safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a range of tools and machinery, and contribute to the transformation of landscapes into vibrant, inviting spaces. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor areas. Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators to install or repair hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and health. Manage irrigation systems to optimize water usage and maintain landscape hydration. Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote safety and aesthetics. Apply pesticides responsibly following safety guidelines to control pests while protecting plants and the environment. Requirements Proven experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related construction fields with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, irrigation systems, and heavy machinery such as excavators. Ability to identify various plant species and perform plant care tasks effectively. Knowledge of pesticide management practices in accordance with safety regulations. Experience with lawn care routines including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and edging. Familiarity with hardscape installation including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred; experience operating equipment like excavators is a plus. Join our team to bring outdoor visions to life!
