Marine Connection is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as a Boat Washer / Bottom Paint / Yard Crew member. This is a hands-on position working around boats in a fast-paced marine dealership environment. Responsibilities Wash, clean, and prepare boats for customer delivery and display Perform exterior boat washing and general cleaning Assist with bottom painting and preparation, including sanding, taping, scraping, and applying bottom paint Assist with launching, hauling, moving, and positioning boats as directed Maintain boats and the dealership yard in a clean, organized, and presentable condition Assist with general yard duties and boat preparation Safely use pressure washers, hand tools, and other equipment Follow all company safety procedures and instructions Assist Service and Sales departments with boat movement and preparation as needed Maintain a clean and safe work area Qualifications Previous marine, boatyard, detailing, painting, or outdoor labor experience preferred Boating industry experience is a plus Experience with bottom paint or boat preparation is preferred Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather Ability to lift, carry, bend, stoop, and perform physical work throughout the day Ability to work around water, boats, cleaning chemicals, and marine equipment Valid driver's license preferred Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
