Groundskeeper / Landscaper Full time position, Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. Pay range $20 to $25 an hour depending on experience. Looking for a reliable groundskeeper to maintain a residential property in Palm City, Florida, along with helping out at our office location in Stuart. What you'll be doing: Mowing, edging, trimming, and mulching across the property Trimming and shaping trees and shrubs General plant and lawn care to keep everything looking healthy Helping with new plantings, sod, and mulch beds when we're adding to the landscape Basic upkeep on the irrigation system, running it and doing simple troubleshooting if something's not working right Keeping walkways, driveways, and outdoor areas clean Seasonal cleanup like leaves and storm debris General property upkeep, basically keeping an eye out and handling things as they come up Light landscaping and grounds upkeep at our Stuart office Light handyman work around the office, things like changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and small fixes as they come up Setting up and breaking down for occasional office events What we're looking for: Real hands on landscaping experience, not just mowing lawns Comfortable with general property maintenance beyond just plants and grass Some basic handyman skills, doesn't need to be a licensed tradesperson but should be comfortable fixing small things Own reliable transportation and a valid license Able to handle physical work outside in Florida heat Someone who can work independently and use good judgment without needing to be told every little thing Comfortable splitting time between a residential property in Palm City and a commercial office in

Stuart Pay:

$20 to $25 an hour, depending on experience This is a full time, steady position for someone who wants consistent work rather than bouncing between different job sites.
