Job Summary:

The Landscape Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain the highest standards of the Club conditions and aesthetics. This includes planting, mowing, trimming, edging, and other general landscaping duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: 1. Mow, trim, and edge lawns. 2. Plant, water, fertilize, and care for flowers, trees, and shrubs 3. Rake leaves, clean up debris, and remove litter 4. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers 5. Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems 6. Apply pesticides and herbicides as directed and in accordance with safety regulations 7. Assist in the setup and maintenance of Club features such as benches, canopies, and structures. 8. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as sharpening tools and cleaning equipment 9. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment 10. Report any damage, irregularities, or necessary repairs to the Landscape Manager 11. Collaborate with other grounds maintenance staff to ensure the efficient and effective upkeep of Club grounds Job Requirements include the following, but are not limited to: 1. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently 2. Basic knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance practices 3. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of work 4. Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills 5.
