Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care / Snow Removal Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in lawncare, landscape, and snow removal maintenance. This role involves providing exceptional services, ensuring the health and aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties. The Lawn Care / Snow Removal Specialist will work with various hand tools and equipment, and contribute to building and maintaining beautiful landscapes. Duties Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing to maintain healthy lawns. Execute landscape maintenance activities such as planting, mulching, and weeding to enhance property aesthetics. Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively for various mowing and landscaping projects. Assist in snow plowing and snow blowing, shoveling during winter months to maintain safe access for clients. Provide small tree care services including pruning and removal as necessary. Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects efficiently and to high standards. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and basic repairs. Requirements Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and snow removal is preferred. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and landscaping equipment. Ability to build and maintain landscapes that meet client specifications. Knowledge of tree care practices is a plus. Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
