This role involves managing a team of crew members, ensuring quality work, and maintaining efficient operations on various landscaping sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with lawn care, grounds maintenance, and operating landscaping equipment, along with strong leadership skills to guide the team effectively. Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew of landscaping workers to complete projects efficiently and to high standards Oversee daily outdoor work activities including grounds maintenance, lawn care, and landscaping tasks Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies Coordinate project schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet deadlines Communicate clearly with team members and clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded Assist in training crew members on proper techniques and equipment use as needed Skills Proven experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related outdoor work Strong leadership and crew management abilities Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Excellent communication skills; bilingual or English speaking required Valid driver's license is mandatory for consideration for this position Knowledge of lawn care practices and landscape design is preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina Join our team as a Landscaper Crew Leader to lead impactful outdoor projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
