Garden Maintenance Foreman

Position Overview:

We're looking for a reliable, experienced Garden Maintenance Foreman to lead a crew in delivering quality garden maintenance services for our high end residential customers. This role is ideal for someone who has good knowledge of plant material, is detail oriented, takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and can keep projects running efficiently while maintaining strong team morale. The majority of the work sites are in Kansas City.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscape maintenance crews Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to company standards Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and equipment use Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, etc.) Perform quality checks and address client concerns when needed Manage job site logistics, including materials and scheduling Enforce safety procedures and company policies
