Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Groundsman to support our tree care operations. This role is essential to maintaining safe and efficient job sites. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in tree service or a related field and is ready to contribute to a hardworking crew. Key Responsibilities Assist climbers and equipment operators during tree removal and pruning jobs Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other equipment safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized job site Handle ropes, rigging equipment, and debris removal Follow all safety procedures and company standards Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in tree service, landscaping, or similar field preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor throughout the day Valid driver's license (required Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($20-$25/hr) Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Opportunity to grow within a strong, supportive company culture Advancement Opportunities We believe in promoting from within.
