Lawn Care & Landscaping Crew Leader

Duties Lead and supervise a team of lawn care and landscaping technicians on daily tasks and long-term projects Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and fertilizing Coordinate construction tasks such as installing hardscapes, planting beds, irrigation systems, and other landscape features Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations and equipment use Conduct quality checks to guarantee work meets company standards and client expectations Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure optimal performance and safety Provide training and mentorship to team members on horticulture practices, safety procedures, and customer service Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or lawn care roles with supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of horticulture, gardening techniques, tree care, irrigation systems, and general landscape construction Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Familiarity with equipment maintenance and safe operation of power tools and machinery Excellent organizational skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients alike Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions Join us as a Lawn Care & Landscaping Crew Leader where your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces while leading a dedicated team.
