Job Description
Overview We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Farm Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable around farm equipment and animals, and can handle a variety of daily maintenance and repair tasks. Responsibilities General farm and property maintenance Operating tractors, mowers, skid steers, and other farm equipment Mowing, trimming, brush hogging, and maintaining fields Fence installation and repair Barn, stall, and building maintenance General plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs Equipment maintenance and basic repairs Cleaning and maintaining work areas Assisting with farm and horse needs as necessary Snow and ice removal when needed Identifying and addressing maintenance issues before they become larger problems Other general farm duties as needed Experience Previous farm, agricultural, construction, or maintenance experience preferred Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills Comfortable operating farm equipment Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to work independently and take initiative Reliable, dependable, and hardworking Valid driver's license Must be willing to perform a variety of tasks and learn new skills If you're a dependable person who takes pride in your work and enjoys hands-on farm life, we'd love to hear from you!
