Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing beautiful outdoor spaces through skilled landscaping and groundskeeping practices. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work, combined with your technical knowledge of landscape systems and equipment, will help transform ordinary areas into vibrant, inviting environments. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, weeding, and mulching to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces Operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Install and repair hardscape features like pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures to enhance landscape functionality and beauty Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Identify plants accurately to support proper care and pest management strategies while adhering to pesticide management protocols Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal in accordance with safety standards Follow all safety protocols diligently during outdoor work to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of grounds maintenance and landscaping practices Mechanical knowledge related to landscape equipment operation and basic repairs Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and lawn care techniques Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is preferred Experience with tree care practices such as trimming or removal is a plus Strong adherence to safety protocols combined with a proactive approach to hazard prevention Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high-quality standards Construction experience or familiarity with hardscape installation is advantageous Join us in creating stunning landscapes that inspire pride!
