Applewild School seeks a full time maintenance employee for indoor/outdoor work. Able to lift 80+ pounds as needed. Electrical, Carpentry, and plumbing experience a plus.

Job Requirements:

Adhere to and promote safety standards as established by the School Punctual and dependable Organized, meets deadlines Proficiency in general maintenance techniques Basic computer skills Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, faculty, staff, and school leadership Successful completion of CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) and SORI (Sexual Offender Registry Information) checks Clean driving record Comfortable working on ladders Snow removal Ability to operate and control machinery, tools, and equipment used in daily tasks Prefer at least 2 years of college.
