General Laborer - Tree Work Crew (Full-Time)

Overtime Schedule:

Full-time, 40+ hours/week (more during busy season) We're a busy, fast-growing tree work company based in Hampden, MA looking to add a hardworking and reliable General Laborer to our crew. If you're motivated, enjoy working outdoors, and don't mind physical work, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with tree removals, trimming, and clean-up operations Operate and maintain chainsaws and other power tools safely Lift and carry heavy equipment, logs, and debris (50+ lbs) Drive and maneuver trucks with trailers to and from job sites Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow directions and work well as part of a team

Requirements:

Valid Class A driver's license (required) Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time daily Must be able to drive a truck and trailer confidently and safely Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card Comfortable using chainsaws (experience preferred, but we'll train the right person) Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials regularly MA or CT pesticide licenses are a plus but not required Arborist certifications are a plus but not required Massachusetts Hoisting Licence is a plus, but not required. Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willing to work 40+ hours per week, with overtime during peak season

Pay:

$25.00 - $64.22 per hour
