Job Description

Fine Gardening Crew Member Monday-Friday Schedule | No Weekends | Competitive Pay + Benefits Sudbury Design Group is looking for motivated Fine Gardening Crew Members to join our Estate Care team. Position Overview As a Fine Gardening Crew Member, you will work as part of our Estate Care team maintaining beautiful residential gardens and landscapes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an eye for detail.
Responsibilities Include:
Fine garden maintenance Hand pruning Weeding, mulching, edging, and bed care Perennial care and seasonal cutbacks Spring and fall cleanups Planting annuals, perennials, shrubs, and seasonal displays Installing and maintaining seasonal color containers Assisting with general estate care tasks as needed
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others 1-2 years of fine gardening or landscape maintenance experience preferred Experience with hand pruning Garden maintenance experience, including weeding, mulching, and perennial care Planting experience Experience with spring and fall cleanups Strong attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must have or be able to obtain a valid MA DOT medical card/certification Experience with seasonal color containers preferred Opportunities for advancement exist as we are growing.
