Full-Time \| Field Position About the Role We?re looking for a dependable Landscape Enhancement Technician to join our field team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on quality installs and field production work done right the first time. You?ll be part of a crew creating and improving outdoor spaces while maintaining high standards for safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship. What You?ll Do Assist with landscape and enhancement installations Perform site prep, material handling, and general field production work Support install work including finish details and cleanup Maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites Care for equipment and follow company field standards What We?re Looking For Experience in landscaping and horticulture preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced crew environment Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and on-time performance Ability to follow direction and complete tasks correctly Safety-minded with respect for equipment and property What Success Looks Like Work completed correctly the first time No avoidable callbacks Jobs completed within expected labor hours Safe, clean, and organized job sites Strong communication and dependable performance Why Work With Us At Garrick-Santo Landscape Co, we take pride in building strong crews and offering real opportunities for growth.
