Landscape Laborer

Landscape Laborer / General Laborer Penobscot Property Maintenance is looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join our growing team. This is a physically demanding outdoor position with a variety of landscaping and property maintenance work. We need someone who shows up on time, works hard, learns quickly, and can keep up in a fast-paced environment. This is not just mowing lawns every day — work includes landscaping, mulch installation, mowing, weedwhacking, cleanups, property maintenance, and other general labor tasks. Every day can be different, so flexibility and a strong work ethic are important. Responsibilities Mowing, weedwhacking, edging, and general lawn care Mulch installation, garden bed maintenance, and property cleanups Assisting with landscape projects and outdoor construction work Operating landscaping equipment and power tools safely Loading/unloading materials and keeping job sites clean Working efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule Assisting with seasonal work including fall cleanups and snow removal Requirements Must have reliable transportation Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift heavy materials and stay active throughout the day Experience in landscaping or construction is preferred but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently when needed Pay depends on experience and work ethic.
