Job Description
Overview Looking for someone to perform routine ground maintenance Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and weed control to ensure vibrant and healthy outdoor spaces. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and tree trimming equipment with precision and safety. Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote safety and aesthetic appeal. Maintain hardscape features such as pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures for durability and visual appeal. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for all users. Qualifications Demonstrated outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of grounds maintenance practices. Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment operation and basic repairs. Experience operating hand tools, power tools, tractor and other grounds equipment safely and effectively. Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while working with power tools, or heavy machinery.
