Position Overview:

Mathews Family Landscaping & Concrete is hiring experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leaders / Drivers to join our team in Flat Rock. We are looking for dependable individuals who have professional lawn maintenance experience and are comfortable driving a company truck and landscape trailer. This is a hands-on position—you will work alongside the crew while helping complete daily mowing routes safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Drive company truck and landscape trailer to daily job sites Operate commercial zero-turn, stand-on, walk-behind and push mowers Perform string trimming, edging and blowing Complete residential and commercial lawn maintenance routes Safely load, unload and transport equipment Maintain clean, professional properties and equipment Follow daily routes and work instructions Work effectively with other crew members Assist with seasonal property maintenance as needed

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Experience driving a pickup truck and trailer preferred Professional lawn maintenance experience preferred Experience operating commercial mowing equipment Reliable transportation to our Flat Rock shop Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to perform physical outdoor work throughout the workday Dependable attendance and ability to report to work on time

Compensation & Benefits:

Schedule:

Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak season. Full-time seasonal position with opportunities for year-round employment.
