Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including tree trimming, and general groundskeeping. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all landscaping projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment for various landscaping tasks. Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed. Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and waste materials. Conduct regular landscape maintenance to ensure aesthetic appeal. Assist in tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth. Operate snow plowing equipment during winter months as required. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications. Requirements Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of groundskeeping practices and techniques is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools and mechanical equipment safely and effectively. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to landscaping.
