Full-Time or Part-Time (based on availability) Dobis Landscaping is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to help maintain beautiful residential and commercial landscapes. This position focuses on weed control and flower bed maintenance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping landscapes looking their best. Responsibilities Pull weeds from landscape beds and hardscape areas Apply herbicides safely and according to company procedures Water flowers, shrubs, and landscape plants Maintain clean, neat, and healthy flower beds Assist with general landscape maintenance as needed Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment Follow all safety guidelines while working outdoors Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Able to lift up to 25-50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Attention to detail and pride in quality work Experience in landscaping or weed control is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person Valid driver's license What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent work during the landscaping season Friendly, team-oriented work environment On-the-job training Opportunity for growth within the company If you enjoy working outside and want to be part of a company that values quality and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.
