We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our lawn care team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on outdoor position for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working independently as well as as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn care and landscape maintenance Mow, trim, edge, and blow properties Perform seasonal cleanups and general yard maintenance Operate lawn care and landscaping equipment safely and properly Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites Provide quality service and attention to detail at each property Communicate professionally with customers and team members Help load, unload, and maintain equipment as needed Qualifications Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer $20-$30/hour based on experience Full-time, year-round opportunity Consistent work with an established lawn care business Opportunities to learn new skills and take on additional responsibility A team-oriented work environment If you're dependable, motivated, and take pride in a job well done, we'd love to hear from you!
