We are excited to add another Gardener to our growing Garden Maintenance Team! Passionate People, Outstanding Results! Mangold Horticulture is a high-end, full service landscape maintenance company for the Lake Minnetonka area and beyond. We are growing and are interested in adding top level talent to our team! We are looking for someone who can provide the highest level of service and grow to do more in the years to come. This is a full time, year-round position with active snow removal and shop work every week in the winter. We are looking to fill this position right away!

Duties:

Complete general garden work weeding and pruning Manage and operate fertilizer/weed control programs for garden beds Create annual and container planting plans and implementation Manage and work with assigned team on spring and fall cleanups Work with assigned team on snow plowing and shoveling routes

Requirements:

Gardening experience preferred, but not required Must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license Must be comfortable working outdoors in in all weather conditions Must be available to work full time hours
