WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties on assigned routes Follow property notes, height settings, and mowing patterns Perform a final quality check before leaving each site Assist Other Crews and Division as needed Snow Services in the Winter Equipment Use & Maintenance Operate zero-turn, stand-on, and walk-behind mowers Use trimmers and edgers with precision Perform basic daily equipment checks (fuel, blades, tires, cleanliness) Keep truck and trailer organized Safety & Professionalism Wear proper PPE Stay aware of people, pets, and obstacles Represent Roland Outdoor professionally on every property
