The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient care. Duties Perform detailed patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and documentation of health status. Administer medications. Manage clinical documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during procedures like catheterization or sterile dressing changes. Skills Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient management. Ability to perform advanced clinical procedures such as IV insertion, suturing, and catheter care confidently. Excellent communication skills for effective caregiver-patient interactions.
