Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our grounds, gardens, and landscapes. The ideal candidate will have experience in groundskeeping, lawn care, and landscape maintenance, and will be proficient in the use of hand and power tools. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to the upkeep of our beautiful facilities.Duties:
- Perform routine groundskeeping duties, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns and gardens.
- Maintain the health and appearance of our gardens and landscapes, including pruning, watering, and fertilizing.
- Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks, including drills, saws, and blowers.
- Irrigate gardens and landscapes as needed to maintain optimal health and appearance.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, including the removal of debris and obstructions.
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to management.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in groundskeeping, lawn care, and landscape maintenance.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and blowers.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and the ability to irrigate gardens and landscapes as needed.
- Experience with garden maintenance, including pruning, watering, and fertilizing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license (for vehicle operation, if applicable).
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal Pay:
$16.00- $17.
