60442272 Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for performing landscape maintenance, lawn care, and general site upkeep to ensure our properties look their best year-round. This position offers a flexible part time schedule perfect for individuals passionate about outdoor work, gardening, and maintaining pristine landscapes. Ideally this role will work approximately 20 hours a week. Duties Mow lawns using power tools such as riding mowers, push mowers, and trimmers to achieve a neat appearance Perform landscaping tasks including planting, pruning, shrubbery trimming, and flower bed maintenance Identify various plants, trees, and shrubs to ensure proper care and health of landscape features Manage irrigation systems to optimize watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Operate hand tools like shovels, rakes, pruners, and blowers for general maintenance and clean-up tasks This part-time role offers valuable experience in lawn care, gardening, tree care, irrigation systems, and more—perfect for those passionate about outdoor work and landscaping.
