Summary of Primary Functions:
Learning to Use Travelift to move concrete members from finishing area to storage, and assist other bed crew personnel with bed duties (set-up, pour, dry finish, etc.) when not using Travelift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products. Maneuver Travelift to finishing area and storage yard. Wait for helper to hook-up member and for helper to position wooden blocks before stacking member. Stack member without damaging or breaking the member, in the appropriate location in storage yard. Keep finishing area clear on a daily basis, moving all members to storage that are complete. Perform other duties required for pour when not needed on Travelift such as performing dry finish activities or rework as directed. Fill out maintenance checklist daily and report to maintenance any problems with Travelift or anything in need of repair. Fill out member storage location report and turn into scheduler daily. Carry all wire mesh & long rebar into production areas. Unload miscellaneous from trucks (wire, rebar, forms, etc.). Rotate up all panels that require sandblast into A-racks & lower the pieces down and move to storage yard when they are done.
Job Specifications or Qualifications:
Education and/or
Experience:
