Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Installer and bring outdoor visions to life! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring each project meets high standards of quality and safety. Your hands-on expertise will contribute to creating beautiful, functional landscapes that delight clients and elevate communities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills in landscaping and groundskeeping, and be part of a passionate team dedicated to excellence. Duties Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and decorative stonework with precision and attention to detail Prepare sites by grading, leveling, and excavating using hand tools and power equipment to ensure optimal foundation for landscaping projects Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery while correctly identifying plants to ensure healthy growth and landscape harmony Operate grounds maintenance equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems to maintain pristine outdoor environments Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to promote plant health while safeguarding the environment Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, pruning trees and shrubs, mulching beds, and seasonal snow plowing when needed Adhere strictly to safety procedures during all activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscaping techniques and groundskeeping practices Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance equipment operation Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and pesticide management practices Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, digging, bending, and working in various weather conditions Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence during all aspects of landscape installation and maintenance tasks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred; experience operating grounds maintenance equipment is highly valued Embark on a rewarding career where your skills transform outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes! Pay:
