Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves working outdoors and requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure well-maintained properties. Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for various landscaping tasks. Assist in hardscape projects, including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Provide tree care services, including pruning and removal as needed. Conduct groundskeeping duties such as weeding, mulching, and planting flowers or shrubs. Operate snow plowing equipment during winter months to maintain safe access for clients. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and minor repairs. Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvements. Experience Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with mechanical tools and equipment used in landscaping is a plus. Knowledge of proper techniques for mowing, tree care, and groundskeeping is beneficial. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
