As our Front Desk Superstar, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients. You'll juggle tasks with ease, keep things running smoothly, and sprinkle a little joy into everyone's day.What You'll Do:
Greet patients with a warm, friendly smile Manage appointment scheduling like a pro Answer phones with a cheerful and helpful attitude Assist patients with paperwork and insurance questions Keep our front desk area organized and welcoming Collaborate with the rest of our team to ensure a seamless patient experienceWhat We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and friendly demeanor Excellent communication and multitasking skills Previous experience in a medical office is a plus, but not required Proficiency with computer systems and office software Ability to stay cool under pressure and handle sensitive information with confidentiality A team player who's ready to dive in and help wherever neededWhy You'll Love It Here:
