Mountainvale Village, a division of Zeman Homes, is looking for a full-time seasonal Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician. This position performs routine and landscaping, handy man and preventative maintenance work. Essential Job Description Performances groundskeeping duties, such as removing weeds, raking leaves, planting flowers/shrubs, and perform other lawn care services as necessary. Ensures community is presentable, inviting and meets standards. Cleans and maintains community buildings and maintenance garage. Performs general maintenance/handy man duties around the property and in homes. Works on water/sewer issues. Plows snow around the community. Requirements Previous grounds and maintenance experience preferred. Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work. Valid driver's license and good driving record. General knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, and grounds maintenance. Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment.
